Sing Leong & Associates was founded on 16 May 2016 by Ms Leong Sing Yin with a simple conviction: that clients are better served by a firm small enough to know them personally, and disciplined enough to deliver every matter with senior attention.
Today the firm is a ten-member team of lawyers and support staff based in Mont' Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. We advise corporates, financial institutions, developers and individuals across the full transaction lifecycle — structuring, documentation, negotiation and completion — with core strengths in real estate, corporate and commercial, banking and finance, estate and administration, and cross-border transactions and projects.
While our office is in Kuala Lumpur, our work regularly crosses borders: we have advised on cross-border financings involving development financial institutions and international lenders, and on regional corporate exercises, working alongside trusted correspondent counsel in other jurisdictions.
