Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2006 after reading in chambers at Messrs Albar & Partners, with subsequent experience at Abdul Rahman & Partners and as in-house legal counsel — including to SGX Main Board-listed Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. Focuses on corporate banking, capital markets, financing documentation, and corporate advisory and restructuring support.
LL.B. (Hons), International Islamic University Malaysia. Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2022 and joined the firm upon completing pupillage. Practises across conveyancing — development projects and sub-sale transactions — with litigation exposure in banking and non-banking disputes, and probate and estate matters.
